a. Personal Information.

Atavus Account You may be required to create an Atavus Account (“Account”) in order to proceed securely with participation in certain of Our Services reserved for Members only, including access to the Atavus Tackle System®. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the details of your Account, including your password. You agree not to use the Account, username, or password of another Member at any time, or to disclose your password to any third party outside of those who have agency authority through you. You agree to notify Us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account to access the Services. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Account. We may periodically obtain both personal and non-personal information about you from business partners, contractors and other third parties and add it to our information regarding your Account that we have collected.If you choose to close your Account, We may retain certain information associated with your Account for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, enforce our Terms and this Privacy Policy, take actions We deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Services or Our users and Members, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law.
